About Wild & Well

Reconnect with nature, restore your wellbeing

Wild & Well is a programme of nature connection sessions for adults who want to use the healing power of nature to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Developed in partnership with SWY NHS Partnership Trust through their Creative Minds initiative, Wild & Well offers a welcoming, low-pressure space to reconnect with the outdoors and with yourself.

Sessions take place in our outdoor spaces and include nature-based crafts, wildlife exploration, gentle outdoor exercise, and creative activities — all designed to reduce stress, improve mood, and support long-term wellbeing. Wild & Well is fully funded, meaning there is no cost to participants.

Whether you’re looking to improve your mental health, spend more time outdoors, or simply try something new in a supportive environment, Wild & Well has something to offer.
