A Community Voice At The Heart Of What We Do
Growing Works Voices is our participant involvement group — a friendly, informal space where people who have taken part in our programmes can have a real say in how we work, what we offer, and how we develop in the future.
We believe that the people who use our services understand better than anyone what works, what could be improved, and what is missing. Growing Works Voices puts that knowledge to work.

Voices from our community
“This charity is incredibly important to me. It helped me as a person — now I have the confidence to share my skills and support others, helping them like Growing Works helped me.”
Bud participant
“Coming to Sprout has very much helped over the years. It’s a safe space where people don’t judge — I can’t recommend it highly enough to other families.”
Sprout participant
“I have never seen my daughter so confident in this space. She really knows what she is doing and walks in independently with a big smile on her face.”
